Stacy, a Colorado native, joined FORM Medical early 2018 as the Chief Operations Officer. Her experience with healthcare business management and fitness background was the perfect fit. Stacy completed her MBA in Healthcare Administration in 2011. She now has over 7 years of experience in healthcare administration!
Fun fact about Stacy: She is actually a competitive athlete herself and owned her own fitness facility in South Carolina before moving back to Denver. Stacy is very passionate about health, fitness, and impacting those around her. She has dedicated her career to helping others live a healthy and active lifestyle and FORM Medical has given Stacy the opportunity to continue working on her passions.
